Help is at Hand uses per-session cookies only. These simply store your login information so that you can move around the site and use our services without having to log in each time. The cookies are deleted when you close your browser window.

Payment Security

If you elect to pay online by credit or debit card, you will be directed to the appropriate secure payment facility. Your data is collected by the payment gateway and not by us, and your card details will not be revealed to us. Customers choosing the Nochex gateway may make payments of up to £100 per day via the Quicksend facility, which does not require them to open a Nochex account. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to use the PayPal gateway, though non-account holders will be offered the opportunity to open an account if they so choose.
