Dolls' Houses - a place where everything is available in miniature. We provide English made, quality, dolls' house kits ready to assemble for the beginner and expert alike.

These homes are built with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that your hobby can be passed down with love whilst holding the interest of generations to come.

Choose from Tudor, Victorian, Georgian and contemporary styles including shops, cottages, terraces and manor houses. Many of the following designs originate from the towns and villages around Colchester, England's oldest recorded town, which has 2000 years worth of history and has retained architecture from every era, including Tudor, Georgian, Victorian and right up to the present day.

These are top quality products which rightfully boast over 50,000 sales throughout Europe over the last seven years. Their popularity is based on quality, ease of assembly, attention to detail and the creation of dolls' houses that have true authenticity.

All properties are made from high quality MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard). This material comes from managed forests in Ireland, and can be painted, electrified, and offers a smooth, solid finish as it does not splinter. All properties are precision-cut and grooved allowing quick and easy assembly. Building materials are of the highest quality resulting in a superior product when assembled.

All the houses, shops and basements open from the front allowing maximum display and accessibility.

Self Assembly

Full assembly instructions are included in all of our dolls' house kits. We recommend that you assemble your dolls' house without glue initially so that you are confident with the assembly procedure. You can complete the final construction by gluing everything in place.

Roofing paper is not supplied with unpainted kits, but can be purchased separately. Externally painted kits include roofing paper. Interior decorating packs include wallpaper paste.

Please Note: All of our houses are suitable for new and experienced collectors; or for children under adult supervision. Primrose Cottage, when assembled by an adult, is suitable for children over 36 months of age. None of our dolls' houses are suitable for children under 36 months of age.
