Business customers requiring a Pro Forma can request one via the normal ordering process.

Using the Request for Pro Forma Facility

If you require a pro forma, simply add the item(s) to your cart and select Request for Pro Forma when prompted to choose a payment option. You may then click on "My Account" to view and print your pro forma. We will process your order on receipt of your payment.

Please be aware that you will need to be a registered user in order to use this facility.

Using the Request for Quote Facility

It is sometimes necessary for us to obtain shipping information on an individual basis where the selected delivery address is outside our prescribed shipping zone for a particular item.

If you have a message at checkout telling you that shipping information needs to be obtained for one or more items in your cart, please continue and select Request for Quote when prompted to choose a payment option - DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT at this time. Requesting a quote does not place you under any obligation to purchase.

We will e-mail you with the shipping information, usually within two working days. If the item can be shipped, we will include directions on how to make your payment if you wish to proceed with the order.
